Having joined instagram a few years ago, I used this as a hub / place to collect and store personal photographs as well as artistic explorations into areas which really interest me - in particular nature and mircro-organisms.
What interests and inspires me in particular is the amount of detail, colour, pattern and diverse intricate elements within nature, as well as the varying scales, ecosystems and sheer hardiness to overcome and outlast the damage caused all over the world, by us. It seems that no matter what the size, nature in all its forms manages to perfectly form itself and I would love to encompass some of these elements within my own practice and pay homage to nature in my OUIL505 work.
